Columbia, Illinois, January 27, 2016 (Newswire.com) - We are excited to announce our partnership with ASAP Contracting & Roofing, Llc After years of planning and development ASAP Development Group of Columbia, Illinois has partnered to build something different. Custom homes with unique design features and floor plans that work for the way people want to live today! Matt Lanter, previously of Fulford Homes, was recruited as a partner to the new team. Matt worked for Fulford Homes for over 20 years. Matt started with Fulford fresh out of college and worked his way up the ladder building homes that ranged from $130K to $1M+ as well as developing land for dozens of subdivisions in saint clair county. Matt was in charge of operations at Fulford for the last 8 years of his tenure. Fulford Homes was sold out to Chris Matteo and his partners in early 2014 and Matt decided he was ready for a change. Matt will be leading ASAP Development Group with his 20 years of knowledge in the Industry.
The primary focus of ASAP Development Group will be in the construction of first and second move up home price ranges. The new custom homes will be designed by Laura Wilson. Laura has had a passion for designing homes from a very young age and after high school Laura pursued her dreams. Laura started out in drafting over 15 years ago. She has worked for several well known architecture firms in Saint Louis, Mo. including Mitchell Wall & Associates, Jim Bujleski Architects and D.L. Design. Laura worked designing and drafting remodels as well as new construction homes that ranged in price from $100K to over $2M. Now Laura will be leading her own group designing new custom homes at ASAP Development Group.
