Even before the ground breaking, our team will meet several times with you, the perspective homeowner, to decide whether the home will be built in one of our neighborhoods or on your private property. You will also choose the preferred exterior and interior building products and make any changes or additions to an existing floor plan or one we help to create. Some of the applicable changes would be the addition of fireplaces, a sunroom, a finished basement, an extended garage or whatever we can dream up together.
Clearly you will be part of the process from start to finish; and will talk with us often as construction progresses as well as being kept up to the minute with updates through our personal app.
